# Preserving African Americans Historic Sites in College Park, GA

> PHOAA, Inc is 501c3 non profit organization. Our mission is to preserve the oral, written, and photographic heritage and history of the original African American community located in the city of College Park, GA dating from the inception of the community and dismantling of the community. After the people were displaced and the businesses torn down the community remained dormant for decades. It is now undergoing development and is known as Six(6) West.
